An unusual homemade toy.  It is made from what appears to be used wood, and metal.  The wheel is made of wood with metal flow bars inserted.  The person is holding onto a “handle” that move the water wheel around.  The person is fully intact (and appears to be made from heavy cardboard paper) but must move the wheel carefully and gently.  The toy measures 13″ tall, 12″ long, and 4″ wide.
